Why do you only earn after cutting my CAC by 50%? Where is the catch?

There isn't one. The 50% CAC benchmark is how I protect both of us. It gives you a clear, verifiable threshold before any fee kicks in. If I don't hit the benchmark, I don't earn. That's the entire model. The reason I can offer this is that I only take two clients at a time and only work with subscription AI products. I believe I can actually move the needle on. If I don't think I can hit your CAC target, I'll tell you on the intro call rather than take your ad spend and hope for the best.

How long until we know if paid acquisition works for us?

Typically 4 to 6 weeks to get meaningful data. Week one, we launch 8 creative variants across Meta. By week two, we have real performance signals, which audiences respond to, which angles convert, and where users drop off. By week four, we know what's working well enough to make a confident decision on scaling.

What happens if the ads don't work?

If we don't hit your CAC benchmark, you owe me nothing in service fees. You will have spent on ad budget, that goes directly to Meta, not to me. But you'll also have real data, which audiences we tested, which creatives underperformed and why, and a clear picture of what would need to change to make paid work for your product. That data has value on its own.

Who owns the ad accounts, creatives and data?

Your ad accounts, pixel data, audience data, and brand assets are 100% yours, always. They live in your Meta Business Manager and never transfer through me. For creatives, any assets built using your brand, product visuals, or footage belong to you. The underlying testing frameworks, copy methodologies, and campaign structures I develop are my intellectual property, but everything you need to keep running ads after our engagement lives in your account. You're never dependent on me to access your own data.

Can you work with our in-house marketing or growth team?

Yes, I can, and it usually makes results better, not more complicated. If you have a product marketer, growth lead, or data analyst internally, I work alongside them rather than around them. I handle paid strategy, campaign execution, and performance analytics. Your team handles product positioning, onboarding, and conversion. I'm also comfortable pairing with engineering teams when we need event tracking or funnel instrumentation set up properly. The only thing I ask is a clear point of contact so decisions don't get stuck in approval loops.
